Greek cheese balls

Finely chop the dill. Finely grate the cheeses.
Mix the different cheeses, two eggs, dill and a little pepper in the bowl. Add 50 grams of flour and mix that also with the cheese mixture. Make a whole and take the amount of a tablespoon. Make a ball about the size of a bitterbal. Make sure they are all the same size. Roll them through the flour. Make sure that no excess flour remains on the cheese ball.
Heat the sunflower oil in a pan. There should be enough sunflower oil so that they can go under the oil. When the oil is hot enough, they can go in until they are golden yellow. Don’t put too many in the plan at once.
When they are done, take them out of the oil and let them drain on a paper towel. Do this with all the balls until you have baked them. They are best hot.
